Russell Gives Foundation offers grants to 501(c)(3) partners committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We look for partners who use technology to move and adapt quickly, driving change at a systemic level. Our partners offer new and wide-reaching programs or products that innovate and educate, ensuring change is more likely to take hold.
Like the organizations we seek to support, we are purposeful yet nimble. We intend to listen, learn, and regularly improve our own methods and strategies, to ensure we truly help not hinder.
Through 2021-2022, our focus is to support partners working to reduce racial inequity and inequality in the United States. We fulfill this focus by distributing grants to organizations in this space who align with one or more of our three core values:
1
Empower Through Education
We believe that access to quality education is a fundamental component to a more equitable society.

2
Transform Through Technology
We believe that technology, innovation, and data hold the key to faster and more formidable change.

3
Action Through Autonomy
We believe that people can make their own choices, and prioritize end-recipient preferences over those of ourselves or our partners
